• Review and monitor CAPEX proposals, budgets, and project realizations to ensure alignment with approved plans.
• Analyze and monitor fixed and variable costs, including budgeting and cost control across cost centers.
• Ensure proper control over inventory movements, physical stock counts, and accuracy of inventory records, including adjustments and provisions.
• Oversee product costing processes to ensure accurate and timely cost information.
• Ensure compliance with PSAK and IFRS, company policies, and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and provide regular financial analysis and reporting. Lead and manage the controller team, including planning, directing, and reviewing team deliverables to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Engineering / Industrial or related field.
• Have 3–4 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Good understanding of cost analysis, inventory management, and management accounting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work collaboratively.
